HOW IT WORKS
Initial Curiosity Call (30 minutes)
It all starts with a 30-minute 1-2-1 chat to explore if working together could be a good fit. It’s completely free, with no obligation to continue.
Week 1 Kick Off (90 Minutes)
Our first session focuses on conscious awareness. We’ll dive into your current relationship with alcohol, discussing what it’s doing for you, to you and what taking a break could look like.
Week 2-9 (8 x 60 Minutes)
Each weekly 1 hour 1-2-1 coaching session builds on the previous one. We’ll cover everything you need to make your break an empowering and enlightening experience. You’ll a full breakdown of all the topics we cover each week in the section below.
Optional Accountability Check-Ins (15 minutes every other day)
For optimal support between our weekly coaching sessions, you can also opt for a 15-minute check-in every other day. These calls are entirely optional but come at no extra cost. They provide the perfect opportunity to discuss challenges, celebrate wins, or simply stay on track. You can choose how many to schedule on a rolling basis, as you progress through the program.
30 Daily Coaching Videos
Every morning, for the first month, you’ll receive a bite-sized video via WhatsApp, offering strategy, motivation, and accountability. Each video complements our weekly 1-2-1 sessions, expanding on key themes.
WhatsApp Support Whenever You Need It
Available from 7 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week, I’m here to support you via text or voice message. Expect a reply within an hour. This is another great way to celebrate wins or share any challenges.
