Do I have to quit drinking forever to join this program?

What kind of support will I get during the 60 days?

You’ll receive professional coaching, from a certified Alcohol-Free Performance Coach. Weekly guidance and mindset tools to help you stay on track. Whether it’s navigating social situations, cravings, stress or your inner critic, we’ve got you. Think of this as your reset toolkit, with plenty of encouragement along the way.

Does the 60 day break have to start immediately?

No, you don’t need to start straight away. In first 90 minute session, we’ll focus on getting your mindset and motivation in exactly the right place. From your first session, you’ll get continous support throughout the 9 weeks to ensure you achieve the outcome you want.

What will I actually gain from doing this reset?

Previous clients experience better sleep, more energy, clearer thinking, reduced anxiety, consistency in their diet & exercise and usually some weight-loss. But most importantly, they regain control over their choices. A 60 day break provides a data point so you can compare life with alcohol and without. From there, you decide what to do next.

Will I be the only one who doesn’t identify as an “alcoholic”?

The 60 Day Control Reset is not suitable for those with a severe Alcohol Use Disorder. Most clients are high-achieving professionals, parents and leaders who simply want to reset their relationship with alcohol. We offer tools, strategy and support that meet you where you’re at.
